Having cancelled a flight back in March of this year, I am still trying to get the meagre 20% of the cost refunded. (not the real name you understand) have ignored my emails, not returned calls which they promised to do and stated that a refund can’t be made without returning the ticket (which was never delivered).
Neither DHL or LastYear can prove that the ticket was delivered but finally the infamous dot com agreed to follow the ‘lost ticket procedure’. It only takes, get this – “up to one year“.
