More time to manage my time

As a keen recorder of work undertaken in timesheets (actual hours with start, end, breaks etc) and worksheets (what the time is allocated to) with records going back to 1995, I thought it might be worth looking at improving my practices. One of the issues for many people is trying to record time retrospectively as it is all too easy to slip into the mode of looking back through the day (with all the head scratching that goes with it). I found a gem in paymo.biz which has a neat little desktop app/widget as the start/stop timer matched against client/project/task. Before the linux geeks get too upset (as the desktop gizmo is Windows/Mac only), the widget is optional as the web interface has it all anyway. It is very useful and free (for up to three ’employees’). Well worth a look.
