Wrong kind of snow?

I got right to the end of a train ticket booking before I received this:

“Sorry, due to a technical issue we are currently unable to process your request. Please go back and try again….”

I won’t embarrass the company by naming them but they are an airline company, train company, radio station, record label and music store chain and even have their own (rather revolting) Cola.
