Ice Buddha

This Buddha sits just outside my back door. His head has become completely encased in ice.

There are more buddhas in the garden and some more Winter photos on Flickr.

Last night was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever experienced, with almost a full moon, a completely clear sky and the whole of the surrounding fells enveloped in snow.
