So I signed up to have my paperless statement for the last of my credit/debit cards and utility bills but the infuriating this about this one (I’ll call it ASDA to save embarrassment for the company) is that you can’t have a username/alias, so you have to be in front of your card or a previous paper statement in order to key in the 16 digit card number.
After a best guess at the password, I got:
“Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: /asda/button”
and the same again for the ‘forgotten password’ link
Better get in the call centre queue to have the paper version reinstated.
