Having taken my balance of £6.52 without my realising it, I see Skype have now added the following information (I don’t recall it being there when I added credit originally).
“Credit balance expires after 180 days of inactivity”.
The slightly underhand practice of using a pale grey font on white background needs to be addressed in my view.
Call me an old cynic, but I wonder how much money they make this way?
