Continuing the Ryanair rant, we were subjected to a very long check-in, a further 20 minutes waiting to pay for baggage and the biggest security queue I’ve ever seen. We only just made the flight (by pushing past people in the queue) and they refused to refund my double-booked insurance. I was slightly concerned we wouldn’t make the flight at all when Lydia’s response to the security man’s question ‘who are you flying with?’, she replied ‘Ryanshite’ in a very loud voice.
